The 200th anniversary of the glorious "Battle of Perachora" and its establishment by Presidential Decree as an Official Local Holiday, inspired the idea to create an original photographic exhibition dedicated to local heroes for their contribution to the National Liberation War of 1821
In order to make the "Battle of Perachora" "come alive" through the images, a collaboration was carried out with the distinguished photographer Ilias Pergantis who, through the art of photography, revives Greek History.
It is noted that the photography took place in the same natural areas where the Battle of Perachora took place in September 1822.
The photo exhibition is based on real historical events and is framed by 30 revivalists who volunteered with enthusiasm, honor and pride.
